VEHICLE PRICING AND ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE

Dealer advertised prices are subject to change without notice and are based on information available at the time of publication.  New vehicles may be priced at, below, or above Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).  MSRP does not represent an advertised selling price and may not reflect actual market conditions at the time of sale.

The Advertised Price includes an applicable $299 Electronic Filing Fee on new and used vehicles.  The Electronic Filing Fee represents a fee paid to a private tag agency for preparation and processing of title and registration documents and includes profit retained by the dealer.

The Advertised Price includes a $1,189 Pre-Delivery Service fee, applicable on new and used vehicles, which represents costs and profit to the dealer associated with vehicle inspection, cleaning, preparation, documentation, and related services performed prior to sale.

Advertised prices exclude sales tax, title fees, registration fees, license fees, governmental fees, finance charges, optional products or services selected by the customer, and any other fees required by law or elected by the customer.

Optional accessories, vehicle protection products, service contracts, maintenance plans, GAP coverage, appearance products, theft protection products, and other optional goods or services may be available for purchase at additional cost.  Unless specifically disclosed in the advertised price, optional products and services are not included in the advertised price.  Purchase of optional products or services is not required as a condition of vehicle purchase, lease, financing, or financing approval unless specifically required by a lender or otherwise disclosed by law.

Advertised prices may reflect manufacturer incentives, rebates, bonus cash, conquest incentives, loyalty incentives, military incentives, lease incentives, finance incentives, or other programs for which not all consumers will qualify.  Eligibility requirements vary by program.  Please see dealer for complete details.

All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability.  Vehicle inventory, equipment, specifications, colors, pricing, incentives, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Special advertised offers may be limited to specific stock numbers, model configurations, lease programs, financing programs, or qualified purchasers.  Financing and leasing are subject to credit approval by participating lenders.  Not all applicants will qualify.  The final transaction price will vary based on the vehicle selected, applicable taxes and governmental fees, manufacturer incentive eligibility, optional products or services selected by the customer, and financing or lease terms.
